PACKAGE SUBSTATION:

We are manufacturing the package Substations of different Capacities up to 2000 KVA and 33 KV.

The Substation has three compartments:

H.V. compartment, which include the High Voltage Breaker - Oil, SF-6 or Air Type, as per request
The transformer Compartment.
The Low Voltage Compartment.

The Substation enclosure design is suitable for the weather condition of the Gulf Region and it is painted by stove Painting, Which is applied by High Voltage electro - Static Equipment, with a mix of Epoxy and Polyester powder to facilitate high level Protection.

DISTRIBUTION PANELS:

Distribution Panel of all types, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, up to 6000A. We are designing the Panels by ourselves and using the equipments according to the requirements of the Specification.

CONTROL PANELS:

Control Panels for different types and uses, like

Motor control centers,
Auto – Transfer Switches,
Auto – Synchronizing Unit with Auto Transfer Switches,
Lighting Control panels, etc.

We have ability to design the Control Panels of any type as per request.

PAINTING & TINNING:

We have Painting System with big capacity, and the said system is with 6 Stages:

3 Stages of Washing & Phosphating.
Drying,
Painting Booth for Powder and Liquid Paint with Electro – Static Equipment.
Stoving Oven.

The length of this is 100 M.

Tinning:

We have copper Tinning facility with 7 stages and big capacity.

TESTING LABORATORY:

We have Testing Equipments for all of our Products.

1. Package Substation :

We will test the Transformer as fallowing:

120 Hz 800V Induced Voltage Test for 60 Seconds.
Withstand Voltage Test up to 70KV.
Routine Test.
Actual Voltage Test.

Di- Electric Oil Test.

2. Distribution & Control Panel Boards:

Primary and Secondary Current Injection to test the Breakers & Relays according to its Curve.
Primary Injection up to 6000A.
Testing of all Metering Instruments.
Insulation test up to 1000V.

Testing Standard according to ICE & BS.
